Zer0 allows you to delete files safely  Using it means that third parties can't try to recover your deleted data with recovery tools like Recuva.

The app is easy to use: just perform a drag and drop of files to remove them to the Zer0 interface and press Delete to immediately delete all traces of the files.

Zer0 has no other options, and, unlike programs like Eraser, doesn't allow you to choose from more secure algorithms for deletions.
